Masala Corn Gone Ganja

This dish can be served as a side, spread on burgers, or eaten as a dip. Masala is a good sauce to use when preparing meals with Ganja Butter. The spices mask the pungent flavor that some butters tend to contribute. Serves two.

1 fresh cob of corn

1 tbsp butter (Ganja Butter or regular)

Sprinkle garlic salt

Sprinkle pepper or herb seasoning

1/2 cup Trader Joes Masala simmer sauce

Grill corn on low-med heat in butter, turning over periodically to brown evenly. Sprinkle on seasonings. Cook about 8-12 mins, until tender to touch and grilled in appearance. Don’t overcook.

Cut corn off of cobs, be careful of hot butter! Replace corn to skillet and add masala sauce. Simmer for a few minutes, until heated thoroughly.

Let cool a bit, and enjoy. Goes well with naan or steamed veggies and rice.
